Jessica Moldaver Joins EY as Employment Counsel

Jessica Moldaver has joined EY in the role of Employment Counsel. In this role, Jessica will be providing strategic employment law advice to EY across Canada. Jessica will also be using her experience to conduct more complex workplace investigations and providing guidance on conflict resolution. Jessica was previously an associate at the employment boutique Mathews Dinsdale & Clark LLP, where she advised on employment, labour, and human rights issues. Jessica commenced her legal practice in the labour, employment and human rights group at Fasken.
