About the Workshop:
Virtually every organization, large and small, is vulnerable to a data breach. Breach preparedness is key, and just like flying, it helps to prepare by simulation.
Join us for a highly interactive 90 minute virtual workshop led by Molly Reynolds, Partner in the privacy group at Torys LLP and James Sanders, Principal and General Counsel at Navigator, where you'll:
- learn how to handle the legal and reputational issues resulting from a breach;
- actively engage in a simulated cybersecurity exercise (read: participation mandatory!), brainstorming approaches for your organization when faced with an evolving security incident; and
- work through a fact pattern in small groups and plenary sessions, to collaboratively test and enhance your knowledge of the role of GC & in-house counsel in incident response, both from a legal and reputational perspective.
Registration closed.
